For Goods Ordered in Error, notification should be made within 3 days of delivery date. Products that have been made to order are non-returnable. All returns are at the expense of the customer. Failure to notify us within 3 working days may result in a small surcharge being made.
Refused Delivery - Unless prior notification has been received any refused delivery will be subject to an aborted delivery charge of £100.
Product Representation - Whilst every effort has been taken to reproduce accurate product colours and finishes on this website, the colour and finishes of products supplied may differ slightly.
Title of Goods remains with The Educational Warehouse Ltd (furniturewise) until payment is made in full. We reserve the right to gain access to your property to remove our goods should payment not be made in full.
Please Note: Some minor assembly may be required on some products and that deliveries are to ground floor level only. As a precautionary measure please do not dispose of your old furniture until you are in receipt of your new furniture.
